This vision has led to initiatives like the Nua O program and Nua O Scholarship. The newly launched Nabin Odisha Magic Card aims to further this goal, assisting students in personality development, easing financial burdens on parents, and creating pathways for career growth and employment.

Students pursuing UG and PG courses across the state can now register for the Nabin Odisha Magic Card at www.magiccard.odisha.gov.in, as announced in an official press release from the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO).

All UG and PG students from government, aided, and private institutions admitting students through the SAMS portal are eligible for the card. He encouraged students to dream big and work hard towards their goals, assuring them of the government’s support.
